Return and Refund Policy
As Bliss Bites are a perishable product which are freshly made to order, returns are not accepted.
I really hope you’re pleased with your Bliss Bites, however if there are any damages or issues on receipt of your order please let me know straight away by emailing bliss_bites_scotland@yahoo.com providing photos and a detailed description to help me fully understand and resolve the issue.
Refunds or Replacements
Once damages/issues have been investigated a replacement or refund may be offered.
Replacements will be issued in the next available delivery/collection slot.
Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
